• Romeoville Grandmother Abused 2 Grandchildren For Years: Police (patch.com) — Romeoville residents are learning more about serious abuse allegations against a local grandmother after police say a missing teen was found injured at a business on Highpoint Drive. Officers later discovered a younger sibling with similar signs of abuse at the Romeoville home, and both children were hospitalized while DCFS provides services. The grandmother remains jailed without pretrial release as the investigation continues and additional charges are considered.
