Mayor Noak and members of the Romeoville police and fire departments were on hand today at A. Vito Martinez Middle School for the dedication of garden beds.
Provided by Our Legacy Initiative Gardens, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating food insecurity by providing garden beds to communities, these gardens serve to remember fallen military service members and first responders and their families.
The service members bed was dedicated to the memories of Kyle James Wright, Joshua Harris, and Leo Miller, all Romeoville residents who were killed in the line of duty.
