The last Village Board Meeting saw a new shopping center concept, known as Weber Town Center, presented on the west side of Normantown Road next to Rasmussen University.
The plan calls for two separate buildings, 10,500 square feet each, with multiple tenants. Each would have a wraparound drive-thru and ample parking. Buildings would be constructed one at a time.
This project continues the redevelopment of the Weber-Normantown intersection, which has seen investments by Rebel Convenience Store, Hatch Chicken, Dunkin Donuts and QuikTrip. Additionally, construction is in progress on a new shopping center with Hawaiian Bros and CRISP & GREEN as tenants.
