You turn the diffuser upside down and allow the scent oils flow to the top and moisten the reed sticks. Turn is back over. Once all the oil is safely at the bottom, you unscrew and remove the plastic top! You can then place the diffuser anywhere you would like. You will not find another reed diffuser like this.
