Police Blotter: Arrests for Retail Theft, Illegal Consumption, Selling Cannabis

Arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

Danilyus A. Day, 25, 619 Mendota, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 3 on charges of manufacture/delivery of cannabis/10 to 30 grams, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and broken head/tail/side light.

William E. Mietkiewicz, 39, 320 Kent, Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 3 on charges of driving on a revoked/suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Tabita Dimb, 20, 115 41st St., Downers Grove, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1:10 a.m. Nov. 22 at Route 53 and Arlington Drive and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, zero tolerance and improper lane usage.

Andrew Williams, 28, 629 Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 1:10 a.m. Nov. 22 at Route 53 and Arlington Drive and charged with possession of cannabis and failure to wear a seat belt.

Aida Martin, 35, 1616 Rose Lane, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 5:05 a.m. Nov. 23 at Ashbury and Rose lanes and charged with no driver's license and disobeying a stop sign.

Leah Sahler, 39, 1875 Waverly Court, Crest Hill, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 7:35 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.

Michael Burns, 32, 3014 Bar Harbor Road, Aurora, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department at about 7:35 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 400 block of Weber Road and charged with retail theft.
