Owner Bill Klump also plans to offer free vacuuming and will install a brand-new vacuum system enclosed by PVC fencing.
The board also agreed to allow Klump to replace the existing pole sign with a monument LED message board sign. In his request, the business owner said the speed of traffic on Route 53, as well as the angle at which cars pass Laserwash, create a need for a larger sign.
