Bolingbrook Seniors Sign NCAA Letters of Intent

Two Bolingbrook High School seniors Wednesday signed NCAA Letters of Intent to play basketball in college next year.

Illinois Basketball Coaches Association All-Stater Prentiss Nixon committed to Colorado State University after receiving offers for more than a dozen Division I schools. ESPN’s 19th ranked point guard in the country averaged 17 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists as a junior.

Post player Julian Torres, who received a half dozen Division I offers, will play at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay next year. As a junior he averaged nine points and six rebounds per game.
