Breast Pumps, Semi-Trailers Stolen in Romeoville

Crimes occurred between June 6 and June 14.

Multiple acts of vandalism, property damage and thefts were reported over the past week in Romeoville, including the $64,000 theft of two semi-trailers.

June 6

A retail theft was reported in the 300 block of South Weber. Someone took four breast pumps with a total value of $1,319.96 from the business.

June 7

A criminal damage to property was reported in the 600 block of Glenhurst Ct. Someone damaged a window and body of vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $1,250.

A retail theft was reported in the 400 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) took a set of earbuds valued at $89.88 from the business.

June 8

A burglary for motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Elmwood Road. Someone took an older iPod valued at $50 from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence.

A theft over $500 was reported in the 1200 block of Schmidt Road. Someone took two semi-trailers with a total value of $64,000 from the parking lot of the business.

June 10

A criminal damage to property was reported in the 1500 block of Sunflower Drive. Someone threw a landscaping brick through the rear window of a vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $150.

June 11

A retail theft was reported in the 400 block of North Weber Road. Two shopping baskets and approximately 20 bottles of alcohol with a total value of $446.27 were taken from the store.

June 14

A criminal defacement of property was reported in the 200 block of Haller. Someone spray painted a fence at the residence. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $50.
