Chicago Man Charged with Romeoville Burglary: Police

Velen Corona, 67, of Mexico was arrested at 12:32 p.m. Jan. 19 in the 600 block of Weber Road and charged with battery.

Moiz Arshad, 20, of 1944 Whitmore Drive, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 400 block of South Weber on a charge of retail theft.

Guiliam Najera, 38, of 1225 Lakeview Drive was arrested at 8:29 p.m. Jan. 6 in the area of Remington and 115th Street on charges of DUI, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper lane use.

Joh Denos, 20, of 328 Pasadena Ave., Crest Hill, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 400 block of South Weber on a charge of retail theft.

Jonathon Cousins, 21, of 185 W. Main St., Braidwood, and Jahamelle Walker, 18, of 3500 Mustang Road in Joliet, were arrested at 10:57 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 400 block of South Weber Road on charges of retail theft.

Michael Duniver, 29, of 7507 S. Ingleside, Chicago, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 600 block of North Independence Drive on a burglary charge.

Christopher Walker, 24, of 298 Columbine Lane, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Jan. 19 near Taylor Road and Wesglen Parkway on charges of DUI, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use.

Angeline Drejaj, 28, and Robert Scott, 27, both of 14605 Hunt Club Lane, Plainfield, were arrested at 3:28 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 400 block of South Weber Road on charges of retail theft.

Shaniece Ruff, 24, of 15012 Champlain Ave., Dolton, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road on charges of possession of a fictitious driver's license and possession of an altered driver's license.

Edmanuel Morales, 27, of 282 E. Daisy Circle, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. Jan. 23 in the 1900 block of Crestview Circle on a charge of criminal trespassing to a vehicle.

David Haro, 25, of 6705 Park Lane, Westmont, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 400 block of South Weber on a charge of retail theft.

Brian Cooper, 44, of 23W484 Woodworth Place, Roselle, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 200 block of Trenton for driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Police said he struck a fire hydrant.
