Delays Expected On Weber As Traffic Staging Is Switched

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Construction continues on various projects throughout Romeoville. On Weber Road, drivers should anticipate delays as traffic staging is switched on Wednesday, the Village said.

Traffic staging will be switched from south of Normantown Road to north of Remington Boulevard, according to the village. The switch will happen around midday on Wednesday.

High Road, north of 135th Street, will also be closed to through traffic for most of the day on Wednesday due to road construction, the Village said. Local traffic will have access in and out with flaggers on site.

The closure is due to the replacement of a storm sewer pipe about 500 feet north of 135th Street, the Village said.
