Doc Watson’s Smokehouse Holds Ribbon Cutting
Event Also Celebrates Restaurant's One Year Anniversary
They’ve been cooking in town for a year now, but it was just today that Doc Watson's Smokehouse officially cut the ribbon on their storefront at 444 Weber Road. They specialize in Central Texas style BBQ using the low and slow method to cook the meat, which makes their food a true delicacy.
“Doc Watson’s brings something unique to Romeoville,” explained Mayor John Noak. “You know they’ve got a special product when their hours are determined by when they sell out, not by the time of day. You better get here early!”
