Mohamed Rofati, 37, of 226 S. Alder Creek, was arrested March 17 on charges of manufacture/delivery of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Timothy Starks, 30, of 2211 N. Fairview, Lockport, was arrested March 19 on charges of domestic battery.
Victoria Miller, 19, of 950 Prairie Clover, was arrested March 16 on a charge of domestic battery.
