DUI, Drugs, Package of Legos Stolen: Romeoville Blotter
Arrests and incidents occurred between Oct. 17 and Oct. 25.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Oct. 17
Carolyn Sharp-Kellogg, 47, of Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence, no insurance and disregarding a stop sign. The arrest occurred in the area of Romeo Road and Belmont.

Oct. 19
Christopher Myers, 37, of the 1200 block of Woodruff Road in Joliet, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Weber Road.

A retail theft was reported in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road. Two unknown people took numerous packages of meat and seafood valued at $280.00 from the business.
Oct. 21
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of North Weber Rd. Someone entered a parked, unlocked vehicle and took $450 from the vehicle.
Oct. 22
Ricardo Mendoza, 26, of the 0-100 block of Arlington Dr., was charged with assault. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Budler Road.
Jacob Legear, 23, of the 400 block of Macon Ave., was charged with criminal damage to property. The arrest occurred in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road.
Oct. 24
Mennae Boyd, 27, of the 600 block of Morgan Street in Joliet, was charged with forgery. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of West Romeo Road.
A theft over $500.00 was reported in the 1100 block of Airport Road. Several welders and two lifts were taken from the job site by someone. Total value of the items taken is $16,000.
A burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Pinnacle Drive. Someone took two generators and several spools of copper wire from the job site. Total value of the items taken is $12,740.00.
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Lakeview Drive. Someone took a backpack from a parked, unlocked vehicle.
Oct. 25
A theft over $500.00 was reported in the 600 block of Wild Indigo Drive. Someone took a package containing Legos that had been delivered to the residence. The contents are valued at $723.33.
