Dutch Bros and More Coming to Romeoville

The former PNC Bank at the southeast corner of Weber Road and Grand Boulevard will soon be cleared

The former PNC Bank at the southeast corner of Weber Road and Grand Boulevard will soon be cleared for a new development that will include Dutch Bros and another restaurant.

Concept plans were reviewed at the most recent Village Board Meeting, which would see the existing building removed and two smaller buildings constructed on the site. The first would be a 1,200 square foot Dutch Bros featuring a drive thru and the second would be a 2,200 square foot space for a yet to be revealed restaurant, also with a drive-thru.

Dutch Bros serves up a variety of drinks including coffees, energy drinks, lemonade, iced tea, shakes, smoothies, sparkling sodas, lattes, and hot cocoa. You can learn more by visiting dutchbros.com.

“We are excited to have this corner up and running with new businesses,” said Mayor Noak. “This development will add to what is quickly becoming one of our most active reinvestment areas.”

Dutch Bros and the unnamed restaurant join TruGolf Links as three businesses who have recently announced plans to open in the Romeo Towne Center. Madurai Kitchen, a family-owned Indian restaurant, should be opening in the shopping center by Labor Day and the new signalized entrance off Weber Road, approved by Will County, should be complete in the next month or so. These are all in addition to the very successful opening of VASA Fitness at the center. With space still available and interest growing in Romeo Towne Center, residents should look forward to even more announcements ahead.
