Early Trash Pickup Thursday, Friday Due to Heat
Collections will start a half hour earlier than usual because of the extreme heat expected the last two days of this week.
Trash collection in will begin a half hour earlier than normal Thursday and Friday so that trash collectors do not have to work during the hottest portion of what will be back-to-back 90-plus-degree days.
The notice was released Wednesday afternoon by the village. Residents are asked to have their trash cans at the curb by 5 a.m.
