Saturday in Romeoville: Recycle Electronics, Household Hazardous Waste
Drop off TVs, used oil, household chemicals.

ROMEOVILLE, IL -- A household hazardous waste recycling event is slated for 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at Romeoville High School, 100 N. Independence Boulevard. The event is free and is sponsored by the Will County Land Use Department Resource Recovery & Energy Division.
Residents can drop off unwanted items including electronics, hazardous materials and liquids.
There is a dropoff limit of two TVs per vehicle (ID required).

Accepted items include TVs, computers, telephones, used oil, household chemicals, latex and oil-based paints, lawn and garden chemicals, batteries and more.
Items not accepted include VHS/cassettes, smoke detectors, ammunition, fire works, gas cylinders and more.
