Forest Preserve Visitor Centers Closed For New Year's Holiday
All preserves, trails and dog parks will be open their normal hours throughout the holiday, according to the preserve.
WILL COUNTY, IL — The Forest Preserve District of Will County will close all its visitor centers starting at noon Thursday through Saturday for the New Year's holiday, the preserve said.
Plum Creek Nature Center in Beecher, Four Rivers Environmental Education Center in Channahon and Isle a la Cache Museum in Romeoville will reopen during their normal business hours on Sunday, according to the preserve. Sugar Creek Administration Center in Joliet will reopen on Monday.
Monee Reservoir's visitor center is closed for the season.
