Frontage Road Construction Beginning Near Weber, Normantown
The frontage road will connect Weber Road to the existing access road to Normantown, the Village said.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Construction of a frontage road at the southwest quadrant of the Weber and Normantown roads intersection will begin soon, the Village said. The project is being done in concert with the Weber Road project, so access can be available as soon as the construction of northbound Weber Road lanes are finished, according to the village.
The frontage road will connect Weber Road to the existing access road to Normantown, the Village said. Several access driveways from Weber Road to businesses are being eliminated as part of the Weber Road widening, so the Village is providing this connector to provide additional access to the businesses.
The Weber Road project is still set to wrap up in early 2022, according to the Village website.
