Funding Approved for Romeoville Metra Station
The project was selected to receive $296,700 in funding.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Romeoville Metra station was approved to receive funding through IDOT’s Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP).
“It’s good news that funding is on the way for this project,” State Sen. Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant said in a news release. “Having a Metra station in Romeoville will be convenient for area residents who utilize public transportation.”
