Get Your Yard 'Grinched' In Romeoville This Holiday Season
The Parks and Recreation Department will stop by your house, spread mini candy canes in your yard and leave a "You've Been Grinched" sign.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Spread some holiday mischief and get your yard "Grinched" in Romeoville. The Romeoville Parks and Recreation Department will stop by your house, and spread mini candy canes all over your yard and leave a "You've Been Grinched" sign.
Registration for this event runs from Nov. 3 to Dec. 5, or until filled. According to the village, yards will be "Grinched" between Nov. 30 and Dec. 22, at any time between 4 and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
It is $15 for a generic "Grinch" sign, and $20 for a custom message. The Village said registrants will receive an email at least 24 hours prior to a "Grinch" appearance.
