Government Services Firm Leases Industrial Space In Romeoville
PAE Applied Technologies is leasing 723,791-square-foot space to operate mail transport center for U.S. Postal Service.

A government services firm that supports the United States Postal Service in addition to multiple federal clients plans to relocate to Romeoville in May.
Elk Grove Village-based Liberty Property Trust has signed a lease with PAE Applied Technologies for 723,291 square feet of industrial space 1070 Windham Parkway, Romeoville.
The company will occupy the entire industrial building. PAE leased the space as part of its most recent contract award to operate the Chicago Mail Transport Equipment Service Center to receive, sort, inspect, package, and redistribute mail transport equipment back to postal service facilities and their community of customers.

With 16.5 acres under one roof, the Romeville mail transport center is the largest service in the United States. PAE currently operates nine similar facilities across the United States.
“With over 1.3 million square feet of new industrial projects last year alone, Romeoville continues to be one of the nation’s most attractive locations for development,” Mayor John Noak announced in a news release. “We are pleased to welcome PAE Applied Technologies to Romeoville and are looking forward to the opening of the facility.”
