Green Office Development Breaks Ground In Romeoville
Construction has begun for a 43,000 square-foot complex on this Windham Parkway site.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A building company has broken ground on a large office development in Romeoville, according to a report. The 43,227-square-foot complex is going up at 1250 Windham Parkway, Romeoville officials confirmed. Known as the OWL 3 Spec Office, the development will be able to accommodate ten tenants upon completion, officials said.
Principle Construction Corp. has broken ground on the project, which is being developed in partnership with Lakeview Realty Investors LLC.
The building will be the first LEED-certified office building in Romeoville, according to Principle Construction. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely-used green building rating system in the world.
