Health Inspection Report: Fat Ricky's

ROMEOVILLE, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Fat Ricky’s Sept. 8 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 82 and a corrected score of 91 once immediate fixes were made.

Some of the items out of compliance were:

• Eggs in walk-in cooler stored over lettuce.
• Deli meats and cut veggies stored in prep cooler at 55 degrees.
• Hand sink faucet leaks.
• Cutting board in kitchen in disrepair.
• Sandwich/salad prep cooler at 59 degrees.
