Health Inspection Report: Sushi Train

ROMEOVILLE, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Sushi Train May 23 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 81/100 and a corrected score of 90 after making some immediate fixes.

Among some of the violations were:

• Eggs stored over veggies
• To-go cup used as scoop
• Cardboard used to line shelf
• Wet towel on sushi counter
