ROMEOVILLE, IL — Between Tuesday, Sept. 13, and Friday, Sept. 6, aerial herbicide applications will be done via a helicopter in Romeoville, according to a release from the Village.
The treatment is for common reed, and a helicopter is used to target hard-to-reach weed populations. Treatments will take place at Lily Cache Greenway (East and West), Discovery Park and Boucher Prairie.
