Iron & Glass Taproom Opens Outdoor Patio
The patio has heaters for the fall and colder weather, and enough seating for 30 people.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Iron & Glass Taproom and Bottleshop, 632 S. Weber Road, recently held a ribbon cutting for its new outdoor patio. The business sells beer, mead, cider, wine, hard coffee, hard lemonade and liquor.
"We always wanted to [build a patio]," co-owner Eric Schutz told Patch, adding that before the COVID-19 pandemic, not a lot of people wanted to sit outside.
"Since COVID, it's been all about keeping people safe and creating an environment for everyone," Schutz said. "It was really clear we needed to do it once COVID hit."
