Join us for a yoga class at the White Oak Library in Romeoville this Wednesday, 7/20, at 10:30 AM!
Get an amazing, low-impact, yoga workout appropriate for all levels.
Join us at 10:30 AM every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for yoga poses designed to help with concentration, flexibility and peace of mind. Remember to bring your mat along with a water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothes. A waiver must be signed upon arrival. Registration recommended. All levels welcome.
