Local Athletes Sign Letters of Intent to Compete at College Level
Seven Bolingbrook students and three Romeoville students all signed letters.

Seven Bolingbrook High School and three Romeoville High School student-athletes have signed NCAA letters of intent to compete at the college level next year.
Signing Wednesday from BHS were: Charlyncia Stennis, Lewis University track and field, and football players Dalen Winston, University of Central Missouri; T.J. Lee, Josiah Purchase and David Garner, Arizona Western University; Trevon Anderson, St. Xavier University; and Jaylen Griffin, McKendree University.

Signing from RHS were Manuel Nartey and Justin Brandon, Robert Morris, and Anthony Kitchens, North Central College.
Stennis, who is among the favorites to win the 400 meter dash state title this spring, was a member of the BHS 4x100 meter relay team that won the state championship last year and that finished 6th in state the year before. She also medaled two straight years in the individual 400 meter dash and was the 2013-14 BHS Team MVP.
