The only Daniel Fox booked into the county jail the day Fox’s lawsuit said he was admitted was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. Prosecutors dropped the case against the 44-year-old Minooka man when the complaining witness failed to appear in court.
The lawsuit, which Fox apparently penned himself, cites two other cases of inmates allegedly getting beaten at the hands of their jailers.
