McAsey Celebrates First Year at New Constituent Service Office

The Weber Road office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and stays open until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Marking her , 416 N. Weber Rd., State Rep. Emily McAsey (D-85) took the opportunity to remind local residents that she and her staff remain available to assist them in a number of ways.

“My constituent service office serves as a base of operation which allows me to be an open and accessible legislator,” McAsey said. “At my office, residents can access state and local government services, learn more about events I am hosting throughout the district or suggest ideas for new legislation." 

McAsey and her staff are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To better accommodate working families who may need assistance, the office stays open until 7 p.m. each Wednesday.

In addition to her regular constituent service office, McAsey and her staff also hold satellite office hours throughout the district each Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Satellite offices are held on the first and third Friday of the month at Lockport City Hall, 222 E. 9th St. in Lockport, and the second and fourth Friday of the month at Crest Hill City Hall, 1610 Plainfield Rd. in Crest Hill.

“As a public servant, I am most effective when my constituents get involved and tell me what is on their mind,” McAsey said. “I urge everyone who can to take advantage of my constituent service office either by visiting, calling or emailing. I look forward to a new year of continued quality constituent service.”
