Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program Offers Help To Residents
Residents who need help mowing their lawn, shoveling their driveway or completing minor home repairs can apply for assistance.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — With the impending snowfall coming this winter, if you or a loved one needs help shoveling, the Village of Romeoville offers the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program.
According to the village, the program provides assistance to residents with the help of volunteers. Residents who need help mowing their lawn, shoveling their driveway or completing minor home repairs can apply for assistance on the Village website.
If you would like to volunteer for the program, you can contact Olivia Blomberg at 815-886-5636 or at oblomberg@romeoville.org. Volunteers must be of high school age or older, according to the Village.
