New Dunkin’ Revitalizes Romeoville Building

By this fall, residents will be able to get their Dunkin’ fix as they prepare to get on, or just after they get off, I-55. The former site of the Discount Tire (N. Weber Road & Frontage Road) will be converted into a multi-unit retail storefront. Dunkin’ will occupy one of the three slots and have a drive-thru.

“We look forward to this unique reuse of an existing space and to welcoming another three businesses to our community,” stated Mayor John Noak.

Approvals on plans should happen this spring with construction occurring shortly after. A fall 2022 open date is currently being targeted.
