Romeoville Getting a Holiday Inn, New Gas Station

ROMEOVILLE, IL -- Plans for a new Holiday Inn Express and Suites were presented to the Village Board during last nights meeting. Located along Normantown Road near the newly remodeled Bowlero, the new hotel will be a four story building, accented with an outer stone veneer, and contain 96 rooms for guests.

“It’s exciting any time we can bring new business to Romeoville,” said Mayor Noak. “We’re thrilled to provide another lodging option for our visitors.”

The hotel will contain amenities such as a swimming pool, meeting rooms, fitness center, business center, a breakfast/lounge space and an outdoor patio.

Other development proposed at the meeting included a Murphy Express gas station, which will be the first of seven out lots to be developed in front of Blain’s Farm & Fleet.
