New Weekly Farmers Market Coming to Romeoville

Starting next spring, Romeoville's Farmers Market at Village Hall will be held on Tuesdays from 4-7 p.m. from May 18-Aug. 31.

Starting next spring, Tuesday nights will mean a new shopping experience in Romeoville. Shoppers will be able to come to Romeoville’s Farmers Market at Village Hall (1050 W. Romeo Road) from 4 pm – 7 pm each week and shop from a variety of fresh produce, baked goods, and handcrafted items. The shopping season will run from May 18 – August 31.

“We are very excited to add this new series of farmers markets to our 2027 list of events,” said Mayor Noak. “Markets like this bring the community together, from showcasing local businesses to bumping into your neighbors who are also out shopping.”

Those who wish to apply for a vendor space at the market should visit https://www.chicagostreetmarkets.com/markets/romeoville. Spots are expected to fill quickly, so don’t wait to apply!

The market is organized and operated by Chicago Street Markets, a third-party partner who has been successfully running local farmers markets in Joliet, Lockport, and New Lenox.

More details will emerge as the first market date gets closer, but residents should start blocking off their Tuesday nights to shop fresh and local.
