Nicor, Romeoville Fire Department Partner For Safety Campaign

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Nicor Gas will partner with fire departments across the Chicago area in a safety awareness campaign that will run through the end of October, including National Fire Prevention Week.

In Romeoville, Nicor will be at the Romeoville Fire Department's open house on Oct. 15. According to a release from Nicor, volunteers from Nicor will share information and resources to help know how to respond in the event of a natural gas emergency.

Nicor will be at the Romeoville event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fire Station No. 3, 698 N. Birch Lane.
