No Contested Races in Village of Romeoville
Mayor, clerk and three trustees are running unopposed for re-election.

ROMEOVILLE, IL -- Romeoville Mayor John Noak, Village Clerk Bernice Holloway and three incumbent trustees are unopposed in the April 4 consolidated election.
All five were re-elected as part of the same slate in 2013.
Trustees Jose Chavez, Dave Richards and Brian Clancy Sr. are without challenges as they look to another four-year term.

Noak -- who was victorious against former Chicago Bear and Romeoville restaurant owner Mongo McMichaelfour years ago -- is seeking his third term. He was appointed to the post in February 2008 and first elected in April 2009.
Holloway was appointed clerk in 2010, succeeding her late husband, Raymond Holloway, and elected to a two-year term in 2011. She was re-elected to a four-year term in 2013.

Feb. 23 is the first day vote by mail ballots can be mailed in Will County and the first day of early voting. March 7 is the last day to register to vote in person or by mail, and March 19 is the last day to register online.
