Jason, a healthcare professional, was employed by many facilities from emergency rooms to nursing homes to hospice. He received many awards, but the one he was most proud of was the Daisy Award. It is the most honored award you can receive as a nurse. He loved working with the elderly. He loved listening to their stories and made sure to always take the time to listen. Some places he worked said he cared too much and wanted him to move quicker with his patients. He refused and would sit to hear their whole story, all their problems and everything that hurt. He was so compassionate and caring, everyone would ask for him. Caring for people was his passion.
He was loved by so many, but no one loved him or had his back like his sister. She was always there for him through thick and thin, and don’t you dare say anything bad about him or she would never forget or forgive you. He would have moved mountains for his sister if she had asked. His biggest passion in life was his niece Charlotte and nephews Luke and Jack. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for them; they adored him so much. They will truly miss him more than anyone knows. I only wish he would have seen all the love that people had for him.
Some of his hobbies included being a history buff; he loved anything to do with history. He loved crime and medical shows, watching the birds and listening to music. He loved to grow and take care of plants, his favorite being roses.
Jason was the most caring, loving person there ever was. Everyone that came in touch with him fell in love with him.
As it was Jason’s request, cremation rites will be accorded. A Memorial Visitation is being planned for a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name can be made to The Trevor Project.
