Park Parties Planned In Romeoville This Summer

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Get outside this summer and enjoy park parties in Romeoville. The Romeoville Parks and Recreation Department will host a park party from 6 to 8 p.m. on June 21 at Pine Trail Park, 774 Pine Trail.

The next park party will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 19 at Conservation Park, 524 W. Belmont, according to the Village website.

On July 26, from 6 to 8 p.m., Romeoville and the Lockport Township Park District will host a special co-op celebration with games, music, inflatables and more at Sunset Park, 729 Murphy Drive.

Romeoville will also host a Community Day of Play from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 8 at Rotary Park, 2023 Whitmore Drive. This event will be a super-sized park party to commemorate the end of summer.

The events also feature free hot dogs, chips and a drink, donated by the Hampton Park Social Athletic Club, to the first 300 participants.
