Plans Progress for New Romeoville Hotel

At last week’s Romeovile Village Board meeting, village officials reviewed final development plans for Value Place Hotel, including building elevations and signage.

The proposed Value Place Hotel is a four-story building consisting of 43,036 square feet that includes a total of 116 rooms on a 2.1-acre vacant parcel located on the south side of Windham Parkway along I-55.

Mayor John Noak said final sign offs are pending with the village engineer. “We look forward to seeing this much anticipated project progress,” he said.

Value Place is an extended stay hotel that has 175 sites in 30 States throughout the U.S. that according to submitted documents makes it the largest extended stay franchise brand in the U.S.
