ROMEOVILLE, IL — Poke Bros. has opened its latest location in Romeoville. The new restaurant opened Wednesday at 283 S. Weber Road in Romeoville.
Poke Bros. offers Hawaiian-style poké, which is cubed fished with vegetables and traditional flavorings on a bed of rice, according to a release from the business.
According to the business, the Poke Bros. fast casual restaurant concept centers around the familiar assembly line model popularized by franchises like Chipotle and allows guests to “build your own” poké bowl with a variety of ingredients.

The restaurant also offers Signature Bowls for the newbie as well as lighter snacks like poké nachos, seaweed salad and Mochi ice cream.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
