ROMEOVILLE, IL — For young people who may be interested in a career in law enforcement, the Romeoville Police Department will hold an open house for its police explorer program on Sept. 23.

The open house will be held at 6 p.m. at the police department, 1050 W. Romeo Road.

According to the department, the program is for those ages 14-20 and covers policing and the criminal justice system through practical experience, training and other activities.
