Registration Open for Romeoville Citizens Police Academy

Registration is open now through Aug. 29 for the Romeoville Citizens Police Academy.

Taught by the Romeoville Police Department, this 12-week course gives citizens of the community a working knowledge of the Romeoville Police Department. Get to know the members of the Police Department and better understand how and why officers make the decisions they do.

A different topic is taught each week:

Applicants must be 18 years of age. Applications are due by Friday, Aug. 29. The first class begins Sept. 16 and meets each subsequent Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for 12 weeks. Click here for more information.
