Ingrid Davis, 36, of 710 Water St., Joliet, was arrested by Romeoville police April 3 on a charge of retail theft.

Jovante Robinson, 22, of 516 Grant St., Joliet, was arrested by Romeoville police April 3 on a charge of retail theft.
