Retail Theft, DUI, Pot: Romeoville Blotter
Arrests occurred between March 2 and March 16.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
March 2
Lukasz Kociubinski, 28, of the 20900 block of W. Barrington Ln. in Plainfield, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license restricted, no insurance, speeding, disregarding a stop sign and resisting an officer. The incident occurred at Romeo Road and Heritage Parkway.
March 6
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with retail theft. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Weber Road.
C. Rebula, 18, of Mexico, was charged with retail theft. The incident occurred in the 400 block of South Weber Road.
March 7
Araceli Deldago, 33, of Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis. The incident occurred in the 100 block of Wedgeport Circle.
March 10
Walter Moreau, 31, of Romeoville, was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Dalhart.
March 11
A criminal defacement of property was reported in the 0-100 block of Austrian. Someone wrote on a fence at the residence. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $500.
A theft under $500 was reported in the 1700 block of Sierra Trail. Someone took a package containing a router and flash drive from the front steps of the residence.
March 12
Joseph Covelli, 25, of the 600 block of Lynn, was charged with criminal damage to property.
Love Walker, 35, of the 1300 block of Sterling Ave., was charged with retail theft under $500. The incident occurred in the 100 block of South Weber Road.
March 13
Kathy Carr, 55, of the 21700 block of Knollwood Ct. in Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use. The incident occurred in the area of Budler and Summerfield.
A theft over $500 was reported in the 1600 block of Richfield Trail. Someone took a cell phone valued at $800 from the victim’s unattended backpack.
March 16
A criminal defacement of property was reported in the 200 block of Malibu Drive. Someone spray painted a fence. Estimated cost to remove the damage is $20.
