Arrests and incidents occurred between May 20 and June 8.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
May 20
A retail theft was reported in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road. Someone took a bottle of liquor and a soda with a total value of $38.73 from the business.

May 22
Brianna Diaz, 23, of the 1000 block of Ashbrook Circle in Bolingbrook, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane use and no valid driver’s license.

May 28
Nicole Lee, 28, of the 16600 block of Cottage Grove Ave. in South Holland, was charged with no valid driver’s license, possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and improper lighting.
May 29
A criminal damage to property was reported in the 400 block of North Weber. Someone jumped on the hood of a vehicle that was parked at the business. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $150.
May 31
Two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, were arrested in the area of Arlington and Dalhart for a curfew violation.
Kiara Garcia, 20, of the 1100 block of W. Grand Blvd. in Romeoville, was charged with possession of drug equipment and disregarding a stop sign.
June 1
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Homer.
Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested for public fighting.
June 2
Martin Ortiz, 48, of the 400 block of Healy Ave. in Romeoville, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to yield, improper lane use, no insurance, failure to wear seat belt, improper display of registration and illegal transportation of alcohol.
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Highpoint Dr. Someone took a wallet from the unlocked, parked vehicle.
John Ruscik, 48, of Michigan, was charged with retail theft, in-state warrant and continued financial crimes enterprise. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Weber.
Robert Laschober, 30, of Michigan, was charged with retail theft and continued financial crimes enterprise. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Weber.
June 3
Clayton Colclasure, 26, of the 300 block of Hale Ave., was charged with obstructing an officer and two in-state warrants. The arrested occurred in the area of Romeo Rd. and Eaton.
June 5
Michelle Wasser, 37, of the 200 block of Romeoville, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of West Romeo Road.
A criminal damage to property was reported in the 800 block of Oakton. Someone slashed a tire on a vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence. Estimated cost of the damage is $150.
June 8
Lester Gaines, 46, of the 900 block of Princeton Ave., was charged with driving under the influence and speeding. The arrest occurred in the area of Romeo Road and Hale.
