Romeoville ALDI Store to Expand

ROMEOVILLE, IL -- Construction is slated to start this spring on an addition to the existing ALDI store in Romeoville.

The add-on will allow for more refrigerated space and a reconfigured checkout area, according to the Village of Romeoville. The store is located at 398 S. Weber Road.

Trustees on Wednesday approved a site plan for the 2,060-square-foot expansion to the store, which opened in 2009.

“It is great to see existing retailers reinvest in our community and grow their operation. An expansion is proof that the company cares about their customers and wants to offer more space, quality products and an improved shopping experience,” said Mayor John Noak.
