ROMEOVILLE, IL - The Village of Romeoville is setting some time aside to take care of one of Will County's natural heritages.

On Saturday, Nov. 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., village staff along with the help from the community will remove brush from the woodland edge of O'Hara Woods. The goal, they say, is to open the view and improve conditions for native plants on the 54-acre preserve.

Volunteers interested in helping should meet at the parking lot off of Beverly J Griffin Dr. (to the southwest of Lake Strini).
