Romeoville 'Best Buddies' Host Guys & Girls Afternoon
Highlights included makeovers and a visit from Miss Illinois.

ROMEOVILLE, IL -- The Romeoville High School Chapter of Best Buddies hosted the 12th annual “Guys and Girls Afternoon,” on March 19.
High school chapters from Lockport, Metea Valley and Waubonsie Valley joined the Romeoville Chapter for haircuts, hairstyles, facials, nail painting and makeovers courtesy of ULTA as well as board games, video games, movies and refreshments.
Miss Illinois Jaryn Franklin participated, performing makeovers for several participants.

ULTA’s Romeoville Director James Cupelli, HR Manager Felia Carbajal, Administration Coordinator Cheryl Surprenant, and Inbound Manager Abe Amayreh made the day possible.
ULTA provided all the cosmetic products and expert volunteers who manned the various make-up stations. Area cosmetologists also donated their time and talents, cutting and styling hair.

The Best Buddies walked away from the event feeling a whole lot taller and with wide grins.
