Romeoville Blotter: 15-Year-Old Charged with Hit and Run, Driving without License

Bradley Kies, 19, of the 1600 block of Bunker Hill, Joliet, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on Renwick Road east of Route 53 on charges of DUI, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

Jan. 11

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested at 3:26 a.m. at Elle and Grand on charges of driving without a valid license, improper lane use, hit and run, failure to report an accident and driving too fast for conditions, police said.

Jan. 12

Michael Marina, 19, of the 1600 block of Quinn Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. in the 300 block of South Weber and charged with retail theft, police said.

Jan. 13

Carla Delmoro, 45, of the 14000 block of Gladstone, Plainfield, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road on a charge of retail theft, police said.
