Romeoville Continues to Expand - Seefried Brings New Industrial Project

At the May 18th Village Board meeting, the Board approved an Annexation Agreement with Seefried Properties to annex 17 acres for the new Romeoville Business Center located at Airport Road and O'Hare Drive. The project will include a new 280,000 square foot multi-tenant office and warehouse facility. As part of the improvements, the developer will be completing road extension, sidewalks and the bike path along Airport Road.

"We look forward to working with Seefried on this project. The road improvements for this project will help complete Pinnacle Drive which is a new north-south connection through the Village that will help alleviate traffic from Weber and Route 53," said Mayor John Noak.
